Six weeks is a great start to ProMoney Program, but improving your finances can take time. As we encourage our clients to commit to a through ProMoney Accelerator, remember to have patience and commitment. You will not see results overnight. Evaluate your overall finances along with your money habits. Have you noticed changes in your spending habits, cash flow tracking, savings, goal setting?

To qualify for our Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
Client must complete the full six-week program per the guidelines below:
Client must remain positive and trust the process. We want this experience to be great for everyone! Negative comments are not permitted, within the community groups, in social media, etc.
Client must post updates every week in their small group including but not limited to their ProMoney progress, their Scorecard, how they are feeling about their money habits progress, cash flow tracking update and/or savings steps throughout the six-week program.
Client must stay engaged and active with other members within their group throughout the six-week program.
Client cannot base results on bank or investment balances alone. We do not base results on account balances, but rather on financial well-being, overall scorecard metrics, and other non-account balance victories.
Client must have interacted with their certified coach within the group and/or text message or by email by asking/seeking questions/concerns/support when needed and throughout the six-week program.
Client must log into the ProMoney app and track their data throughout the six-week program.
Client has not shared program content with others (including but not limited to accelerator curriculum, wealth workouts, spreadsheets and tools, program strategy and design).
Refund Policy
You may request a refund for a Digital Product within 48 hours of purchase. After that, no refunds are available. Please note that this includes the New Client ProMoney program.
Additionally, you may not defer your participation in the ProMoney Accelerator program. Your purchase is good only for participation in the round of the ProMoney Accelerator program that you purchased. If you are unable to participate in that round, you will need to purchase a space in a future round.
ProMoney Coaching may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your member account will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid. The Websites do not offer refunds after the monthly fee has been charged. You may avoid incurring additional fees by canceling your ProMoney Coaching 14 days or more prior to the billing date.
We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise by mail.

Packing slip must be included with return.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
We will credit you for returns received within 14 days of the purchase for the price paid to the original form of payment.
